The Virtual Reward Card can be downloaded and used online immediately, or a physical card can be requested to be mailed USPS and received in 7-14 business days. What happens next: In 7-10 days, you'll receive a “We’ve received your order!” email from Shepeard. The email will come from info@bca-rewards.com. The subject line will be “Your Reward Has Arrived!” It will likely go to your junk/spam folder. You'll then select a physical or egift card. An egift card can be used immediately.
